“I guess they were low on staff. It took forever for housekeeping to bring anything we needed to the room, the night bar staff was rude and so was the guy at the mini shop. When we checked in the supervisor helped us out and made us feel welcomed but every other time I came to the counter for something the staff was very short. “Staff is mostly non existent and Ice machines didn’t work. It’s way hot in there just open windows. Take paper plates if u wanna get their frozen pizzas but loved this place will recommend and staying again. Just bring ice and next time ima stay in historic wing ”

“Angie and Tommy host a lovely property. Their hospitality went above and beyond. I was stuck in the snow and when I shared that with Tommy, he explained he would have been happy to winch me out which was nice to hear even though I used AAA. Their family values left me believing if I was at all in crisis, they would do what they could to help. My stay at the property was nice. My partner and I were given full autonomy. Angie's recommendations were spot on for our stay. ”
