“Exactly what was advertised. Perfect for me, wife, and 5 kids; 3 of whom are adults. Easy access to all of Flagstaff, the only negative is that the home is set back pretty far in a neighborhood, if you are looking for walkability to campus or town, thos isn't it. Very easy drive to anywhere in 10-minutes or less. Julie answered all messages promptly and really made my family and I feel welcome; which was a huge stress relief as we were in town celebrating our daughter's wedding 10 minutes away.”
