“The house was a comfortable and welcoming space for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and had plenty of coffee, which we all appreciated! The front porch was a great spot to relax outdoors, and although it rained during our visit so we didn’t get to use the backyard, it looked like a nice space as well. The neighborhood feels lived-in and local, with families and pets around, which added a friendly, homey vibe.”

“As lovely in person as it appeared in photo's. Perfect for couples. Comfy couch, large bedroom, functional kitchen and wrap around porch with tall pine and starry night views. Location was what we wanted - just far enough away from the downtown Flagstaff hustle and bustle. A relaxing escape after attending activities near NAU during the day. Though a small part of the road towards the house is not paved, it was no problem for a typical sedan, even in the rain. Saw many mountain bikers and active...

“My partner and I greatly enjoyed our stay at the Beaver House! It was clean and quiet. The huge backyard was a wonderful place to sit and soak in the beautiful flagstaff scenery! The Beaver house had everything we needed during our stay, including a full fridge, stove, microwave, coffee pot and even a washer and dryer if necessary. Highly recommend staying for the weekend or longer if you can!”

“This was a wonderful trip for my family of 5. I had three teenagers and a toddler with me and they were so excited about the house. We played pool every night and they all took turns on the Pac-Man game. The backyard was stunning! We would love to return in the future.. if we don’t go ahead and move up there by the end of the year. Flagstaff felt like home!
