"It’s an excellent and modern hotel "

"The hotel states it’s newly renovated although the shower head in the bathroom was leaking and not fully attached to the wall. The headboard was patched up and there was no counter in the bathroom to put any of your hygienics unless on the floor next to the sink. The receptionists we encountered seamed bored to be there and not interested to answer any questions. It might be a hotel that focuses on events however I’m never staying there again. We even found nail clippings on the floor in the room."

"Hotellet och restaurangen är bra! Det som störde oss var att kapaciteten på hissar kontra gäster inte är ok under vissa tider. Vi fick tidvis vänta ganska länge för att komma upp och ned. "

"We stayed one night at Hyatt. It is a nice hotel, very well located, walking distanse to Bayside Market and to Brickell area. The room was very big with comfortable bed and amenities. The only issues we could think of are: bathroom design feels old, and employees aligment and knowledge about late check-out and luggage drop possibilities was bad. We were given two different prices for luggage storage and two different rates for late check-out. Otherwise, it is a nice hotel if you are looking for a place downtown. Breakfast was super tasty!"

"Nice but as many hotels in Miami Beach also very expensive. Most things worked well, but a few issues didn't: It took a very long time to get our luggage after we arrived. We had to call and remind them. Also, the reception didn't always answer the phone when calling from the room. But in general everything was ok and as expected."

"It’s a fantastic hotel with the best location, a great view over the ocean. Look up for the roosters, will wake you up early in the morning, earplugs are included 👌"
