“When first arriving no one behind the front desk. That continued to be the case during our stay. Even ringing the bell did not bring them forward. The pool was advertised as indoor but unheated. What good is a pool if it is unheated this time of year? There were stains on the bed sheet, looks like blood. Very meager breakfast. Parking was adequate. Air conditioner worked.
We could not use the bathtub, as the paint was peeling from the bathtub. Evidently they had repainted it. It was nasty.”

“I left my backpack in the lobby last Friday am, have emailed through Expedia a request to call me, or give me their number so that I can call direct, ask them to send it to me and pay them for their time and expenses. No one will contact, nor can I figure any way out to get their number. Important stuff to me is in it.”
