"I checked into the hotel at 4:15 pm and my room was not ready. I never received a message that my room was ready. I went back to reception at 5:20pm and there was the longest line and I asked one of the employees if I needed to wait on that huge line to get my key, and she answered YES! She did suggest to speak to the Manager which I did…I still thought it was strange that I had to go so far as to speak to the manager just to get my key when I had already checked in. The Manager was sweet, but I had to explain why I was skipping the line and she almost did deny me, not until I said I have not received a message about the room and when she checked, it did say it was ready. I ended up getting the room at 5:40 pm. I did love the shuttle service to the airport the hotel provides, definitely great location if one has an early flight from San Diego. For Beer lovers, there is a Brewery in the premises, thought it was cool. "

They first put me in a room with connecting doors to other rooms on the 4th floor, but when I asked to have a room without those doors they moved me to a bigger room without those doors on the 15th floor with no hesitation. They were also helpful with suggestions on how to go to and from Angel Stadium etc. "
