“Cute, cozy, clean, comfy, quiet! Great wildlife and star gazing from the deck. Had everything we needed, and Dian was so easy to communicate with. Bed was so soft and cozy. Shower was hot with great pressure. My only complaint is we didn't stay longer! ”

“It was a great location especially after being in the car all day. Easy walk to dinner. Everything worked as it should with plenty of coffee and water. Stairs up may be difficult for some with lots of luggage but we navigated them easily with minimal luggage. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The rental was very clean and the atmosphere was bright and very comfortable. Marta, our host, was very friendly and responsive to any question or need that we might have had. She made us feel extremely welcome and cared for. Having a kitchen greatly served our purposes, and helped us to save on meals. I think the rental provided a good value for us. If we come back to Colorado Springs, Marta’s place will be first on our list to seek availability.”

“We needed a place in the springs to spend a few days acclimating before heading higher for a Breckenridge wedding (we're from CT shoreline - traveling from 52' to 10,000' had us nervous(This property was a perfect base of operations for us - able to visit, and see the sights in Co Spring *and a day trip to Cripple Creek to find the troll (worth it!)Nica and clean, well appointed, and it seems to be larger than we thought it would be. ”
