“The host was very welcoming and available. We enjoyed our weekend stay here. This is a very modest 2 bedroom cottage with a vintage feel. Lots of fruit trees in the yard. We heard a rooster crowing occasionally. A pleasant place to stay, easy to find, very close to shops and restaurants. We brought our little dog and walked her along the quiet residential streets - we saw many people walking, bicycling, and kids playing outside in this multicultural neighborhood. “I had booked the room via hotels.com and we were given a room on the ground floor. The first thing I saw when I opened the door was a roach. The receptionist was very helpful and immediately gave us another room on the third floor which was much appreciated. The hotel felt a little bit run down (corridors, carpet), but was otherwise OK. Breakfast not great, but most hotels in the same category have the same problem.”
