“I honestly cannot rate my stay at Papageno Resort in Kadavu highly enough. As a backpacker on a budget, staying here was a very special treat for me, and it exceeded every expectation.
Every single member of the staff, without exception, was incredibly friendly, caring, and genuinely focused on making sure I had the best possible experience. Their warmth and kindness made such a difference, and I truly felt welcomed throughout my stay.

“Hotellet var gammalt, brunt vatten i kranen.
Ingen ac på gymmet.
Poolen hade brunt vatten.
Maten var jättebra och billig. Mycket mat och kött.
Dock var frukosten inte bra alls.
Havet var fint.
Hög musik vid restaurang som förstörde middagar ibland. Kändes som att sitta på en nattklubb.
För priset var hotellet helt ok. ”
“Thanks to the hotel staff, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to the coral coast for a relaxing vacation - most preferably a couple or a family. We were always met with a happy "Bula!" and a smiling face from everyone. No matter what strange request you come up with (blankets, HDMI cables, off menu orders by the pool), they are always glad to help and endeavour in making you satisfied. I even got celebrated with cake and beautiful flowers by three women from the staff on my 23rd...

Väldigt lungt läge och lugn resort. Fin liten pool.
Det finns inga andra restauranger el minimart / affärer i närheten som man kunde gå till man behöver ta taxi till allt. Se till att ladda med vattenflaskor innan ankomst.
Maten i från restaurangen tog lång tid att få. Frukost ingår. ...
“When did the clock stop? Clearly in its day a great resort, then something happend. It's stuck in time, elements are current, elements need renovation. We stayed 2 nights, the restaurant/bar lacked the attention expected today - menu choice/availability.
In our view the venue needs investment, (not just financial) it needs driving towards the expectations of the 21st century.”
