“The individual at the front desk was unpleasant and unhelpful to my wife on the morning of check out, and when I went down to fetch the items, she was in the same mood. Later in the morning at check out, her day had apparently not gotten any better with the progression of guests. On the high side, I enjoyed the use of the pool/hot tub area, but it did not appear to be cleaned overnight. “No access to the pool as was promised and a frozen burrito for breakfast. Terrible. Paid for things that were not there. Gave BW many chances to do the right thing by the customer but unfortunately they don’t care about their guests. ”

“I left the hotel due to the power going down and they were unable to get the Internet to work. The power went out right after they took my transaction for the hotel. I never received a key and I ended up going to another hotel. the lady at the front desk assured me I would get a refund and took my name and number down and it didn’t happen so I’m very disappointed”
