“We arrived to the beautiful small town of Jacksonville, OR and was very welcomed by the staff at the front desk of Wine Country inn. The room was big, clean and well maintained. The bed was comfy. The front desk staff gave us some good tips and a map to the city center which was a beautiful old small town. We definitely advise people to go here instead of Ashland, this place is much more “down-to-earth””

“Outsourcing the check-in process with the machine connected to the Philippines worked poorly and is very impersonal. The front desk staff was amazing and then ended up checking me in. Trying to save labour by outsourcing. The check-in sucks.. the waffle maker didn’t work - waffle stuck, and the toaster didn’t work. Lame lame breakfast no fruit.”

“This was such a cute retro hotel. Perfect for a one night stop. It had the best pizza place right next door and a grocery store within walking distance. We had our dog and they had a perfect little dog area too right outside of the animal friendly room. ”

“Just a block from the Shakespeare Festival, this hotel is ideally located. Room was clean as were common areas. Chairs in the room were cute, but could use some stuffing. Breakfast was good deal at $5…a step up from chain hotel breakfasts. ”
