“Lovely hotel right in the middle of town!”

“We arrived to the beautiful small town of Jacksonville, OR and was very welcomed by the staff at the front desk of Wine Country inn. The room was big, clean and well maintained. The bed was comfy. The front desk staff gave us some good tips and a map to the city center which was a beautiful old small town. We definitely advise people to go here instead of Ashland, this place is much more “down-to-earth””

“Wonderful hotel, great restaurant, lovely rooms. Danielle the server was a tireless worker and very hospitable the night time desk clerk was also very welcoming. Close to the highway but no noise intrusion. We stayed here twice on our road trip. On the way up to Seattle and on the way down after visiting Crater Lake. Great place to stay and lovely steaks. 10/10”

“Hotel was hard to find, no lights on signage or in lobby building. At checkin the card machine was broken. No explanation of amenities, hot spring pool location (again with no lights) and was not clean. Room had broken lights, FIRM mattress and broken shower towel rack. Mold growing in cracks of shower curtain. This place has charm, but needs a little work in the hospitality department.”

“The room was very clean. The only problem we found was one the bed side lamps was broken and some of the electrical outlets did not work.”

“Our room was spacious and well decorated. Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot pool. We couldn't find the ice machine. It appears that it was removed. ”
