“This is one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in. If you’re thinking about staying here I would recommend you to reconsider. Our room hadn’t been cleaned. When we immediately talked to the reception about that they sent some kind of manager who just wiped the kitchen counter. But the crumbles all over the floor and the dirty bath tub wasn’t taken care of. We complained about this lack of cleaning two times after that and all they did was to make the bed, 24 hours after we checked in. ”

“The room was acceptable. The issue was the entire building had a complete power outage at 7am. But there was no staff explanation to the guest. It was still out at 8:30am , so I showered and prepped in a dark bathroom. Breakfast was also unavailable which made no sense because the power went off after it should have been prepared. Absolutely no concern was exhibited by the staff during the event. Employees lack of concern will be my reason for avoiding this place in the future.”

“Room was clean, Place charged me extra for my Pets, I was NOT expecting.. My Pets are ESA Certified, they did not ask.. There was no place for them to use , i walked them around the building the Gentlemen that checked me in, watched me as I walked my dogs, telling me I could not use there property to let them potty! I had bags, it was very discouraging”

“Door wouldn't shut had to put coffee bag in it keep it from rattling. Used staw s under both beds dusty and dirty. Did tell desk clerk when I checked out really poor breakfast . Would not stay there again.”
