“Hotellet var ett av de dyrare på orten så vi hade hoppats på bättre. Rummet var slitet. Fläcklig heltäckningsmatta med stora hål och fåtöljer där klädseln höll på att ge sig på flera ställen. Allmänt ofräscht. Trots att gym och bubbelpool var ett par av de amenities som man betalar extra för var båda dessa stängda. ”

“While I room was clean, it definitely needed work. The drapes were hanging off the rod, the ice machine didn’t work, once it was fixed the staff never let us know so we were storing for ice before returning. However I was able to stay an extra day and stay in the same room so that was nice. Our ocean view was perfect which was important to us. 50/50 chance we’d pick it again”

“I would not recommend staying here. Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 p.m., but our room was not ready until after 4:00 p.m. When we finally entered the room, it was still very dirty despite having supposedly been cleaned. The floor was completely wet, yet our children's socks quickly became dirty from walking on it, so we had them keep their socks on the entire time. The bathroom was especially concerning.
