“Very nice ambiance and very comfortable for our group of 7 ladies. We didn't use the kayaks or fish but enjoyed the location and the view. Very quiet (besides us) and plenty of accoutrements for the stay.”

“Great place to eat right across the road. It's takes a while to get your food, they are always busy. Hotel is situated right along the Rouge River with is nice view if you pick that side of the hotel. Your bonus noise is the foghorn down the river where it empties into the ocean. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. That horn never stops!”

“Not sure the reason for so may bad reviews. I thought they we're great. They accommodated my late arrival when I called ahead. I had no trouble getting into my room and settled. They Welcomed our two dogs and had a nice area for us to take our dogs and supplied bags for potty pickups. The access to the beach was awesome. The room was clean,the staff was helpful and the breakfasts were quite good for a continental breakfast. Everything about our stay was great I will be back”
