“The home was just as advertised, spotless and centrally located to everywhere we needed to go! It was perfect for our family of five. Clearwater beach was about a 45 minute ride with traffic. The access to beach toys and chairs was a plus. Beautiful screened in patio with hot tub. The public pool being 5 mins away was a plus as well. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Tampa again. ”

“My husband and I and four other couples did an event in Tampa. So we needed a big house. This checked all the boxes for us. It had five bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. It was spotless. Had all the kitchen things you needed. The pool in the backyard was wonderful and clean. Rhonda was a pleasure to work with as she gave my husband the key codes. And responded quickly to text messages. Do not hesitate if you’re planning to stay in Tampa.”

“This house was so cute and perfect for our stay, I had my 2 children, and parents with me! Cute space for everyone. We had a our own bedrooms, 1 bathroom that was great for all, cute little kitchen, and a laundry room! I had great communication with the owner and she was helpful, and quick with her responses. I will definitely be looking for this again in the future!Location wise I was close to the air force base and the gandy and selmon! Definitely recommend! Sharla- ”

“I couldn’t be happier with my time spent at this property. From check-in to check out I was made to feel as if the home was my own and they were helpful friends. The place is two blocks from Bayshore Boulevard, which is perfect for a run, walk, bike, night stroll, photo ops etc. Highly recommend!”

“We rented this house for a multi-generational get together for the UTampa graduation. It was located south of downtown / campus, but easy access to the highways, bayshore drive, parks, and bridges to head to the beach or St. Pete. Plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. This house size was perfect for several adult couples. The bedrooms are upstairs, but have individual bedrooms (2 rooms with kings, 1 room with queen, and 1 room with mutliple beds). “This house had ample space for all of us(7). Fantastic house, pool, game room multiple eating areas. With 7 people the large 3 full bathrooms were sufficient. When you arrive and see the front of the house it looks small, not the case at all. The house is huge!!! Plenty of hot water and the A/C will freeze you out. We enjoyed our stay and will be booking again in the fall of this year.The location of the house is convenient to just about anywhere you plan on visiting. Restaurants, fast food,...

“We came to Tampa Bay area to spend time with family that lives in the area. The house and neighbor hood are in an easy location to access pretty much everything around you.The tile throughout helped with the dogs. The fenced in yard was a great feature. “Very convenient location, perfect for a family to use as a base. Very walkable to Hyde Park downtown shops and restaurants as well as restaurants and stores on South Howard. “The hosts are amazing, they were always available when we had questions. Responded in a timely manner, I appreciate them. Comfortable and cozy beds, cute condo. It was a bit out of the way of attractions but definitely everything is within day trip distance. Highly recommend getting a rental car if you plan to site see. Shoes are not allowed , which is fine, we do not wear shoes in our home either but the carpets and rugs are dirty and stained so it felt uncomfortable wearing no shoes in...
