“The property was as pictured, but the place wasn’t as clean. There was dust lined along the walls where the vents were, the shower curtain rod had to be placed up with random objects to keep from falling. The microwave didn’t work, called and was told maintenance would come no one did. It was a last minute booking but wasn’t expecting the last minute things that were overlooked.”

“The unit was NOT the same as the one depicted in the photo. Additionally, as soon as we entered the unit, we noticed several examples of damage that we reported immediately. For example, the towel rack in the bathroom was actually on the floor; one of the closet doors in the bedroom was improperly installed, loose and dangling from its hinge point; the pantry door had been damaged and had painter's blue tape holding it together. These are only a few examples. I can provide photos if necessary....
