They informed us the next day that it would only be free at night because they require a full day to clean. Whatever. Arrived at 9 pm for a stay for our third anniversary and were locked out. No response, no info. I don't understand how you can be this incompetent. It's not difficult to include the minimum entry requirements in your emails or to pick up the phone if you don't. Unreal.”

“The room was really nice. It was in a perfect location. The backyard was beautiful. There are a couple of things that could make the property a little better. It could have ADA accommodation. It was hard for my mother to get up the stairs, front and back. They could use a handrail for the steps and also to get in and out of the tub, you could also use some extra hooks in the bathroom to hang up our wet towels and washcloths. Extra outlets to charge our Cell phones, tablets, and smartwatches. ”

“What I reserved (6 person suite) was not provided; I was provided 1 king bed and 1 love seat (not a fold out bed). Mgt refused to give refund, very uncooperative and even combative. We had to beg for extra sheets, blankets and pillows to be able to sleep on the tile floor. Room pics advertised a jacuzzi, again false advertising. They swindle you on purpose! After check in, they changed the pics. This is a Texas inn and suites, which wasn’t obvious from their listing or pictures. TOTAL SCAM!...

“Parking is right next to entry, easy access to room. Room was clean and had all the basic needs. Only drawback was the light switch turned on all the lights and so we could not use the fan. Other than this it was perfect. ”
