“We loved this little house. It was perfect for our needs and Robert was always quick to respond when we needed anything. We could tell that the property was kept clean. The kitchen had all the things we needed as well. Perfect place for a couple looking to get away near the gulf!”

“It was nice!”

“Amazing. Will stay again”

“Love the location! Beds were so comfortable and you have everything near by. The host was quick with booking and always available. Will stay here again!”

“A much needed vacation and we couldn't have been more pleased with this location. Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and comfortable. It has all the essentials you could need. This location is perfect for your vacation getaway. We planned a day at the island, right up the road, and after a day at the beach, we jumped into their gorgeous pool. Very quiet property, and the people are so nice. We will definitely book this location next summer! Thank you Matthew!”

“They provided practically everything in the kitchen except food. The bathroom is stocked with soaps and shampoo. The refrigerator had an ice maker, and a small cooler is provided for keeping drinks cold during day trips. The beds were comfortable, and ceiling fans are available in both bedrooms.”

“The house is beautifully decorated and they've done a wonderful job of using the most of the space there without making it feel cramped. There was plenty of room for our group of 13 people including 8 kids 6 and under! The host had excellent communication, and when we had one issue with signing into the FireTV, they sent someone out to fix the problem. The plumbing does need work (neither of the bathroom sinks drain well) and one of the bedroom doors did not latch, but the host is very...

“My stay was comfortable and quiet. Clean and worth it. Would definitely book again in the future. Host was very communicative.”

“Clean, comfortable, and great location”

“Older property, very clean, well stocked and decorated unit. Perfect for our family of 4 adults and 1 infant. Great communication.”

“I needed a place to stay with my 3 pets. It rained a lot (4 inches) during those days so the fenced yard was much appreciated. The house is spacious and was very clean. The couches and beds were very comfortable. But the house is showing its age and could use a little TLC. The lighting is insufficient IMO - especially on dark rainy days. There was no way to make ice. No blackout curtains. Cracked floor tiles and there is no decor to speak of. The neighborhood seems safe and is very...

“Nice and homey for our stay! Love the little backyard area, private and relaxing! Absolutely loved the place”

“Clean, accommodating & the host were very friendly. Can’t wait for my family’s next stay”

“N/A”

“This was perfect for our family vacation. The room is right by the pool which our girls loved. Close walking distance to the beach and close driving distance to multiple restaurants/shops. We will go back.”

“Easy check in and communication with host! Perfect spot close to base, clean house!”

“Clean, comfortable and good kitchen”

“Clean, cute house, loved the place”
