“Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Shower was great - everything was great except the rugs inside the rooms are old and felt damp always. Maybe it was more about the humidity but they just felt gross. I really enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and being able to go up to the village which had so many wonderful restaurants, bars and shops. “Property is very run down. Our room was filthy. Bedding stained, toilet seat stained and floor was extremely dirty. My kids were very much looking forward to the fishing pond advertised as an amenity. Unfortunately the dock was sinking, a rowboat was full of water and beer cans, and the pond was covered entirely in weeds. We didn’t even stay the night.”
“Very nice place in lovely Manchester. Picked the hotel because it has pool and the kids love that, especially when it is as hot as it was this day.
But we were told that the pool pump was broken since several days and the front desk didn’t seem to care at all about it or that we were disappointed. Not so serviceminded.
