“Overall service was excellent. However, there are just 2 restaurants. While only 1 serve dinner during weekday. The restaurant name steak and bone, yet there isn’t really steak. It seems to be over price. I stay at floor 11 (closely highest floor) below either fountain or kids water play ground and it is so noisy at night. I was told that it will turn off at night, but all night long can hear the water that comes can’t sleep well. Another thing, the room temp can be set @22C. But it is so...

“The staff were polite, but the response felt more like damage control than real hospitality. Before the problem, I had asked about late checkout and was told 6pm would cost a half-day rate. After the night I'd had, they offered 2pm, even though they knew my flight was at 10pm. They later extended it to 3pm. A fair resolution would have taken my flight into account from the start. They also offered a $10 airport transfer. I didn't want it, but they insisted, so I accepted. It didn't come close to...

“Wonderfully well maintained and staffed luxury hotel. Great value for money. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of food to start the day. Infinity pool and gym helped work off some of the extra kilos from all the amazing food. Location is perfect with shops right outside the door. Would definitely stay here again when back in Can Tho!! Highly recommended.”

Rekommenderas ”
