“The place is pristine. We only stayed one night because we were visiting a client in the area and needed to come back. But the place invites you to stay longer. The condo has everything we need. They even had 7 different types of coffee. The view is amazing, and we even cooked. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedroom is spacious, and the bed is super comfortable. We would love to stay longer.”

“We celebrated our 34th Anniversary!! The condo was perfect!! Just steps away from the outdoor pool and to dock to get on our boat. Condo was clean, bed slept good, great views, easy access in and out. We grilled out on the grill. Owners were quick to answer any questions. We have been coming here on our anniversary for 13 years. Wonderful place to stay. We would definitely rent it again!!”

“We had a fantastic family stay at Bernard’s Landing. The condo was clean, comfortable, quiet, and a great home base for exploring Smith Mountain Lake.
The location was the biggest highlight. We enjoyed the private lakeside beach, pools, walking paths, waterfront views, and beautiful sunsets without needing to drive everywhere.

“The location of this condo was great… close to the clubhouse for my husband and close to the pool house for me and my sons. We enjoyed taking a walk each evening at sunset. The home was very clean. The view from the back porch was amazing. This place was a great find and we hope to return again soon!”

“Very nice condo in a resort community. We were just passing through but should have stayed a few days! So many things to do and see! The condo is well appointed and very comfortable. Be aware that there isn't any food shopping or coffee shops within walking distance, so you should stock up in town. Taylor was a great host with excellent communication and recommendations. A-plus stay!”

“This was our second trip to Smith Mountain Lake and our first stay at this condo. Having access to all of Mariner’s Landing amenities was great and super convenient. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 5 as the three boys could share the second bedroom with the three beds. My wife loved the kitchen and how well stocked it was with dishes and utensils. Overall, this was a great experience and we would definitely stay again!”

“I'm not sure where my first review went. The picture of the rental is accurate however it does not depict a mattress that pretty much is on the floor. The floor is very wavy making you feel unsteady. The couch was also low and hard as a rock. The smith river behind the house is barely visibleThe worst part is the entry. Nowhere does it mention there are 18 steep steps to entry. The apt building is surrounded by a huge green construction dumpster, a church located in a modular house and active...
