Bra hotell med bra läge
Bra hotell med bra läge nära tunnelbana och spårvagn. Fick inte utlovad vip-service som guldmedlem. (Flaska vin, sen utcheckning eller rumsuppgradering).

Great stay in beautiful Sofia
Great stay! Great location of the hotel, great staff and service. Clean! Nice breakfast and menu in the restaurant. Recommend it! We'll be back!

The Hotel smell of cigarettes, the carpet in the bedroom were very dirty, bathroom leaking and very dated property. I requested for Expedia to refund me the second night as I had to book another hotel for our second night stay and I'm waiting for Expedia to confirm.

It is about 800 metres from the Vitosha pedestrian area. Very easy to get there. Taxi's are everywhere and compared to my home country very cheap. They have metres so you do not have to discuss with the driver. The hotel is great with a nice somewhat modern look. The staff is very helpfull. There is only one thing that should be changed and that is the refrigerator in the dining area. It makes far too much noise.

Convenient location. Spacious, clean rooms. Great views from higher floors. My only issue with hotel staff is that they were renovation or doing maintenance work and there was drilling / hammering and did not advise us prior booking. After complaining, they moved us to an upper floor where it was quiet.

Hotel is much nicer from the website than in reality. The description does not match with the condition Hotel room is not nice and carpet is very much used.

The hotel is situated opposite the National Palace of Culture and associated park. This was lovely to walk around and very convenient for the trams and metro. It is also approx. 10 mins walk from Vitosha Blvd which is pedestrianised and has lots of bars/restaurants. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the breakfast had many choices. Our room, communal areas and the restaurant were tired and showed many signs of wear. Our overall impression is that of a budget hotel that would benefit from some refurbishment. I raised my concerns with the management and they helped by cancelling the remainder of our stay and we moved to another hotel

Venus pour passer un week-end pendant un festival de danse nous avons adoré cet hôtel et nous y retournerons l’année prochaine. Seul bémol : petit déjeuner pas top top (pas de vrai jus de fruit par exemple).

the best of this property is the location . Staff is also very friendly and polite. I didn't like the quality of my room: very very old and needs a renovations. Bed linens was also very old . The hotel was much nicer couple years ago. Quality of the room doesn't matched the price per night!

Beautiful Hotel with a fantastic location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice but could do with better carpets as there were loads of marks on it. Bathroom could have been cleaned better too but overall would recommend this hotel to others and happy to stay here again!

Good location for me. Clean and comfortable room. Staff were generally very helpful and breakfast was adequate. My main problem was the lack of restaurant facility in the evening, indeed I couldn't even get a cup of coffee except at breakfast.

Very bad stay, sadly. Reception does not speak proper English, water stopped working, terrible rattling noise on the 9th floor makes walls and Glases shake. We changed room and received a smokers room with very intense smell.

Dissapointing
The panoramic room was spacious however it was not worth the extra money. The bathroom requires refurbishment.. The air con kept going off during the night making really uncomfortable to sleep in the heat. Had to keep adjusting the temperature until it came back on. Breakfast was huge disappoint. Not much selection for vegetarians and the food was always cold. Breakfast was served till 10.30 however when we got there at 9.45 there wasn't much left and nothing was topped up.

Only location is in top
The hotel is well located and the rooms are clean. The staff seem completely indifferent to the guests, and never greet. The breakfast is mediocre at best. Bacon is boiled and cold, the same with scrambled eggs. No variation in breakfast, and must be termed below average. You have to choose the hotel based on location and nothing else.
