“An apartment. Very good way to try the units if you're looking to buy one in the area. Great area with everything i needed nearby. A grocer shop, a laundry shop and a few restaurant (maybe the pools too). Took this one because it was close to mall of asia and the airport. The check in was a bit of a challenge though. “Very accommodating host!”

“The property sits along a busy heavy traffic road. The building itself is nice but needs a general cleaning. Shelves were dusty, bed sheets has unknown stains, and small cockroaches in the room. They also wanted to see my kids birth certificates. Who carries around their kid’s birth certificate? If they can correct this issues, this place will be a decent place to stay.”

“The unit is clean and smells good. I just have some suggestions. Improve on your cutlery, shampoo and body wash is not sufficient. I suggest you provide dispensers for shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The unit has no bottled water. I hope you can provide for your customers. The bottom door railing in the shower area is unsafe. We hit our toes several times and almost fell. ”
