The Residence Tunis

"I have been visiting The Residence Tunis for around 7 years and it is a hotel I always enjoy coming back to. The staff are warm, friendly, and welcoming and the hotel has a wonderful atmosphere that makes it feel almost like a second home. One of the highlights is definitely the breakfast, which is excellent — great quality, plenty of choice, and something I always look forward to when staying here. If there is one thing that needs improvement, it would be some renovation and refurbishment. After visiting for so many years, I have noticed that parts of the hotel are starting to feel a little worn and could use an update to fully match the luxury standard of the property. Despite this, The Residence Tunis remains a very special place to me. The warm atmosphere, wonderful staff and feeling of being at home are what keeps me coming back year after year."

"I absolutely love Four Seasons Hotel Tunis and would happily recommend it. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and extremely well maintained, with excellent service, great facilities, and a very high overall standard. The staff are professional and attentive and everything from the rooms to the restaurants and pool areas feels luxurious. The main thing I would like to see improved is the reservation of sun loungers. Some guests leave personal belongings on loungers for long periods without actually using them, which can be frustrating and in my opinion, does not really fit the standard of a 5 star luxury hotel. A clearer policy around this would make the pool experience much better. The atmosphere is also quite different from some other luxury hotels in Tunisia. Four Seasons Tunis feels a little more like a high-end business hotel, polished, sophisticated, and professional, rather than warm and home-like. That being said, Four Seasons Tunis is still an exceptional hotel. The quality, service, comfort, and overall experience are excellent and I always enjoy staying here."

"Trevlig personal i receptionen. De har har hjälpt mig med att ordna taxi till flygplatsen. Klockan 11 am var jag där och fick direkt ett rum att ta det."

"We had a lovely stay, the only bad thing was that it was too short! The hotel is beautiful inside, our suite was lovely, the staff were very friendly and very attentive. We had a nice lunch at the rooftop and ordered breakfast to our room, which was a appreciated service since we had to leave for a flight in the morning. It was very close to the Medina with shops and cafes. We had a nice stroll around and also had dinner at a restaurant with local cuisine. We would definitely recommend this hotel! "

"Me & my mom had an amazing weekend at the Nine lifestyle Experience. The personal was extremely kind, they were professional and very helpful. Special thanks to the front office manager Mr Zied and to the welcomers too Mr Omar, Mr Firas and Mr Bachir too. They had a new student at the reception, Skander he was really skilled! Our room was nicely decorated and the location of our hotel was super convinient. Breakfast was outstanding thanks to their F&B team, thanks a lot chef Asma and Mr Aymen, Mr Mongi & Mr Jad. we enjoyed our meals at the Nine restaurant. The security gards were so kind aswell (thanks Mr Raouf for helping my mom). We will be back soon!"
