Villa T-rex is located on top of a small hill in Grohote at Solta island, 100 meters away from first neighbours. The living room on the upper floor opens onto a generous sun terrace with garden furniture and a grill built into the wall. You can make yourself comfortable on the hammock and enjoy the extensive view over the hilly landscape as far as the sea. Down in the 1200m² enclosed garden there is the 4 x 6-metre hydromassage pool, surrounded by plenty of sun loungers and parasols. It can be illuminated at night, so you can turn night into day and swim a few rounds under a starry sky, or simply relax in the whirlpool. Children will enjoy the playground at the olive garden. A car is recommended during your stay and there are four secure parking spaces right in front of the house.
The two-storey holiday villa with 200m² of living space was newly built in 2005 and was completely renovated in 2015. As both floors are laid out as a separate, fully-equipped apartment, each with three bedrooms, and each with a separate entrance, it provides ideal accommodation for a larger family or a group of friends who would like to spend their holiday together, whilst still retaining privacy. In total there are two living and dining rooms, two separate and fully-equipped kitchens, six bedrooms, five bathrooms and one guest toilet. The ground floor has a living room with a comfortable sofa and a glass dining table with four chairs. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, a fridge with a freezer compartment and plenty of crockery and cutlery. Of the three bedrooms on the ground floor, one is furnished with a double bed measuring 160 x 200cm and the other two with a double bed measuring 140 x 200cm. The bathroom has a shower cubicle and there are two separate guest toilets. At the ground floor there is one more separate apartment with its own bathroom. Outdoor stairs lead to the upper floor, which has a living room with a comfortable sofa, a wide flatscreen TV with cable channels and a USB port, a stereo system, a safe for your valuables and a dining table with six chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and coffee machine. Of the three bedrooms, two have a double bed (140 x 200cm) and the third has a bunk bed (each 90 x 200cm) for children. The sofa in the living room can also be converted into an additional double bed (140 x 200cm). One of the three bathrooms has a bath with a shower attachment, while the other two each have a shower cubicle. All of them are also fitted with a washbasin with a wall mirror, and a toilet. A washing machine is available and plenty of bed linen and towels are provided. The reliable wireless Internet connection in the villa can be used free of charge.
Your holiday villa is about 300 metres from the centre of the little village of Grohote with a range of shops, a lovely fish market, a pharmacy and a post office, as well as a good range of cafés and restaurants. It is about 900 metres to the nearest sandy beach with crystal clear water.
We can also organize daily boat trip for you to visit other islands or just enjoy hidden valleys of Šolta, and we can even offer a car for your use. The house is equipped for 14 people, with two outdoor terraces with tables and of course inevitable outdoor grill.
