“I stayed here this past weekend, and while the room itself was clean, the overall experience fell way short of expectations. The lighting in the room was terribly dark and gloomy, and the bathroom looked nothing like the photos online. The bathroom tiles were completely loose, and both the shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower were completely empty. To top it off, the hairdryer was not working too. There was no water bottles in the room also the kitchen sink was not working at...

“Newly renovated rooms - very nice and clean. No breakfast there because of renovation work (if I understood it correctly). We drove to The Bagel Factory on London road instead, and had breakfast bagels there (very good).”

“Mark was a fantastic host! Super helpful, personable and kind, he helped my mom and I carry in our bags and we enjoyed pleasant conversations with him. Heck, he even picked us some delicious fresh cucumbers from the garden! The property was beautiful and well maintained. I felt very safe and comfortable here. Any time I visit the area, I think I've certainly found a diamond in the rough that I will be renting again! My favourite part was the dock and remembering how beautiful my home community...

“I had the two suites at the Marigold, with my son and twin 14-year-old grandsons. They were beautiful, comfortable suites in a friendly and interesting small town, and were able to accommodate my compact wheelchair without difficulty. This was my second visit and I wouldn't hesitate to go again.”

“The room was not clean the first night. They moved me to a cleaner room the next day. On the third and fourth days, they didn't have clean water because they had turned off the water. I was unable to use the showers or hot tub in the evenings for three of the five days I stayed. They were considerate in trying to help, but they didn't notify me that they were shutting off the water and didn't provide much ulternative solutions. I was not happy about paying to have limited use of the full room. ”

“Didn't stay there. Websight said vacancies, i booked. When i got there they said they were full. They shuffled me off to their friends motel that i had stayed at before and did want to stay again because of mould. Exhausted, I stayed. Got sick, went to hospital. All arrangements between friends carried out in language i did not know. I felt ' managed' and basicaly an inconvenience to these men. ”

“The room was clean and once the staff friendly. Had to ask for heating to be turned on but once they did the room was very comfortable.”
