“The Neeld is an excellent facility, well worth your consideration. It’s well located for anyone like ourselves, looking to break up a journey from the far SW to London and back again. The room we had was spacious; clean; warm and comfortable. The breakfast is reasonably priced and there is a good choice of evening meals which saves you having to find a restaurant. The staff are welcoming and helpful both to us and our pet dog. ”

“Stayed 1 night to break up the journey from Cornwall back up North. Absolutely perfect. Gorgeous, clean, modern room complete with patio area and access to beer garden at the back. Air con, mini fridge, complimentary bottled water and milk for the brews. Staff were absolutely amazing. Food was hearty and delicious. It was a perfect end of our hols. “We had an excellent experience in this hotel. It was the first time we visited this hotel. Located a bit away from the city centre, the hotel's deco, ambience and service were comparable to a 5-star hotel. We were particularly impressed by the service of Ali, proactive, considerate and detailed to meet our needs, even the unspoken. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel and found them enjoyable. ”
