“The location is fantastic, with the views looking out over the lakes. The facilities at mill village are too few for the number of homes. We could not get booked onto any tennis courts, the swimming pool was always fully booked and the cafe/restaurant always refused to serve as 'over busy'. The shop, it's not really a shop to be honest didn't sell milk or bread, resulting in a 10 minute drive to a local village. “On a positive the size of accommodation suited our multi-generational family, it was well equipped and comfortable. The facilities at Mill Estate were good. I was very impressed with communication from Orion, administratively everything was very smooth. Just a couple of niggles which I mention constructively for improvement; outside of the entrance door was overgrown with spikey, stingy foliage which look unkempt in relation to other properties in the vicinity, our 4yr old got prickled!...
