I would imagine this would be the perfect place for any group looking to spend the day on the lake and then docking boat in marina, and head to the house for some more fun or relaxing. “I was so impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail here! I like to cook instead of eating out on long stays and the kitchen was fully stocked! There was wood left for the fire pit, and charcoal and extra propane for the grills, the host even reached out before hand to let me know about the lake being low at the time. There were fishing poles, and lake toys and the place was so peaceful and adorable! Would stay here again, and hope to!”

“We stayed at this house for the Somernites car cruise. The house was very clean and everything you need is there. The house is in a quite neighborhood, close to town. There was plenty of parking for a trailer and extra cars. The dogs loved the fenced yard.”

“My husband & I stayed at this beautiful house for a week for our anniversary and it was absolutely wonderful! The view was beautiful and the house was spotless. Comfy furniture to relax after our days of sightseeing. The ride to the house was all paved and easy to maneuver, especially for us Floridians! Linda is awesome and communicated excellently. We went to Cumberland Falls (amazing!) and also the Cave Hill Winery among many other historical sites. Most were less than 30 min away. Lots to do...
