  • Welcome to our home away from home in wine country! Nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood we are just minutes away from amazing wineries, restaurants & about 3 miles from historic Sonoma Square. A spacious home with a beautiful deck set-up for entertaining, enjoying the hot tub, sitting by the fire pit and relaxing under the stars.

    We are perfectly located about 3 miles from Sonoma Square/Plaza and many wonderful wineries in Glen Ellen and Kenwood. It is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with a beautiful decked backyard perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing.

    We are happy to host you in our home-away-from home however, please treat this house as your own and respect the fact that we live here every other weekend and you are in a quiet neighborhood with real families. We will absolutely not tolerate loud parties and since we know all of our neighbors we will hear about any inappropriate behavior.

    For security and safety we have installed a Ring camera in front of the house that covers the entire driveway and street.

    Licensed with Sonoma County...vacation rental permit is posted on the premises.

    ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND ALLOWED! Our home is a sanctuary in a quiet neighborhood and NOT a party place. This includes load music/load voices or hot tub use after 9pm. The Sonoma County mandated quiet hours are from 9pm to 7am. Our house is located on a quiet street and we know most of our neighbors well. We expect our guests to respect our neighborhood and house rules.

    There is NO street parking. 2-3 cars can fit in driveway depending on size and ok to use garage for 1 car.

    WAIVER OF LIABILITY for hot tub, decks, stairs, etc. and will adhere to ALL house rules as outlined on the Airbnb listing as well as on the welcome letter sent once booked.

    QUIET HOURS: Sonoma County has updated their Quiet Hours to 9pm-7am. This includes loud voices outdoors and No Hot Tub use after 9pm.
    Quiet hours between 9 PM and 8 AM (per Sonoma County regulations)
    No amplified music outdoors at any hour (per Sonoma County regulations)

    To help comply with Sonoma County regulations, the home uses a 100% private, AirBnB-recommended device called Minut to monitor noise that exceeds a certain limit and detect whenever there are crowds

This property was beautiful, and my friends and I appreciated relaxing in the hot tub after a full day of activities. Everything was as advertised, and the property owner communicated well as needed. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is so lovely, warm, and comfortable. It’s on a nice, quiet street with friendly neighbors and no rowdy traffic. The hosts are AMAZING! So friendly, helpful, and responsive! I’ve never had such great communication with a host before and my whole group was thoroughly impressed!

Property is really great for larger groups. It feels inviting, and very comfortable right away. There is plenty of space and it has a great layout with plenty of common space for larger group hanging out, as well as large kitchen. Rooms are large with comfortable beds and plenty of bedding. It has everything you'd need, and large deck in the back is great for relaxing under the shade of trees. It is very conveniently located, right of Sonoma Highway and maybe 10mins to Sonoma downtown. Chris was very helpful, responded quickly, and was very accommodating. I would definitely come back, and we will if we have a larger group again.

Our stay in Sonoma was excellent! The beds were comfortable, the house had more than enough space for everyone in our group! The only unfortunate thing was the noise ordinance/quiet hours.

This property had a great location and was extremely clean. We enjoyed our stay and the only problem we had was the hot tub was half full and dirty. Our host Chris responded immediately and was able to take care of the problem. Great communication and response.! if you want to be near wineries, we highly recommend this VBRO.
