  • Welcome to Rosa’s House, a spacious and bright apartment just a few steps from the heart of Sorrento, ideal for families and groups of friends looking to enjoy a holiday filled with comfort, relaxation, and authentic Italian charm. Nestled in a quiet yet central area, the apartment allows you to reach the main square, traditional restaurants, local cafés, and boutique shops within minutes, while still offering peace and privacy at the end of the day.



    The interiors are elegant and welcoming, designed to offer a sense of space and tranquility. There are two large double bedrooms, tastefully furnished with comfortable beds and relaxing tones. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, while the spacious terrace is the perfect spot for outdoor breakfasts, sunset drinks, or simply unwinding after a day exploring the coast. The modern bathroom is bright and elegant, complete with a walk-in shower and refined finishes.



    The apartment includes fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and all the comforts of a modern home. A private garage is available on site for €20 per day, providing a convenient parking solution in the city center.



    Thanks to its excellent location, you can easily explore Sorrento and its surroundings: the train and bus station is just a short walk away, offering direct connections to Pompeii, Naples, Positano, and Amalfi, while the nearby port provides ferries to Capri and Ischia.



    Upon arrival, guests are required to present a valid ID for mandatory registration with the Italian Police portal. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM, with an extra charge of €30 for arrivals between 8:30 PM and 11:30 PM, and €50 for arrivals between 11:30 PM and 2:00 AM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.



    The tourist tax is €4.00 per person per night (up to 7 nights), to be paid in cash upon arrival. Guests under 18 years old are exempt.

Our family of 5 had a great stay. The location was perfect for us as we were using the train station often. Sorrento was our base for activities like Pompeii and Naples. The apartment was very clean. We loved the balconies and all the orange trees outside. The A/C worked great!
