“Only stayed one night and arrived around midnight as our flight was delayed. I sent an email to the hotel and explained this and they made a personal video to guide me on how to check-in late, park, and find my room. The place looks much better than in the pictures. Staff was super friendly. Beds were good, breakfast great and the pool and relax areas very nice. Would stay here again.”

“This apartment is awesome!! Everything was pristine new and clean. Great A/C and bathroom. The bedding was great as well. It’s within walking distance from/to the train station, the center of town, and the port. Great dinning options nearby. The hosting administration kept in touch with me very proactively at all times making sure we were ok or if in need of anything else. Overall a great experience that made us feel right at home! “Found out There was miscommunication at the beginning. I booked through Expedia and when communicating through the hotel we had established they would arrange pick up at train. Then my phone number went in WhatsApp and continued communication found out was with local caretaker who knew nothing of picking me up and gave me directions to walk there as only 15 minute walk. “We loved our stay at Elena’s apartment! The balcony was my favorite spot and where I spent most of my time when we weren’t out exploring Sorrento. The views of the water and Mt Vesuvius were stunning and the sunsets were beautiful too!! It was close to everything but away from the crowds of the main square. Everything was clean and Elena was very quick to answer all of our questions and requests for help booking excursions. Our favorite things were a boat ride to Capri, dinner at the lemon grove...
