Newly built private villa with a fenced-in property, outdoor security cameras and 24/7 video surveillance, a steel driveway gate, ample on-site parking, a garden, private pool, spread over 3 levels. On the first level, you’ll find a spacious living area—an open-concept space comprising the living room and kitchen-dining area—with a covered outdoor porch, a private pool featuring two tubs and hydromassage jets, a gas barbecue area, an outdoor shower, an indoor guest bathroom, and a central indoor staircase leading to the other two levels. On the second level, you’ll find a central laundry room equipped with a drying rack, two double bedrooms—one to the right of the staircase and one to the left—each with its own private en-suite bathroom, each bedroom has its own balcony and terrace; on the third level, you’ll find the king-size master bedroom with its own en-suite king-size bathroom, private terrace, and private balcony; the terrace provides access to the fourth level, where you’ll find a panoramic terrace. Each bedroom is equipped with a private bathroom complete with a shower, internet access, a lockable door, a TV, a safe, a closet, private air conditioning, and a five-speed ceiling fan. The villa has an alternative power source with an inverter and batteries sufficient to provide electricity independently and as an alternative to the national power grid. The villa is located in the center of the city of Sosúa; all commercial activities and entertainment options—bars, casinos, restaurants, and beaches—are just a few minutes’ walk away. Safety is ensured by the National Police, who maintain a constant presence in the area. You’ll find yourself near a tourist police station; the city is very safe, and tourists can move about freely at any time of day or night.
You’ll find several bank branches and ATMs available, as well as various currency exchange offices. You can safely and securely rent cars, scooters, and ATVs directly through us, and you can also book various tourist excursions with us. You’ll be close to several supermarkets and pharmacies, and you can conveniently order groceries or lunch and dinner from the villa. We also offer a shuttle taxi service from the airport to the villa; we’re located just 5 minutes from Puerto Plata International Airport (POP).
