Hotell i Soucieu-en-Jarrest

“This hotel will not let you check in before 17:00 (5PM) which is very late for a family with kids. Especially during a lockdown when all of Lyon is closed. Only if you pay €30 will they let you check in ealier - although the hotel was almost empty. In addition we paid for breakfast for 4 people and in our confirmation from hotels.com it was indeed stated that we had paid for 4 breakfast. “Jättefina rum och lugnt och litet, härligt! Hade önskat frukt på frukosten och hårdost och grönt för oss som är vegetarianer!”

“No vegetables at breakfast, restaurant was sometimes closed because of event and customers werent informed. At room service the food is delivered in cans which I didnt see in any orher hotel. Alao the warm water at evenings was not warm.”
