“The room size was very good for the price. The room was good. Could be cleaner. Need some repairs.”

“Clean rooms, breakfast was okay. Bed was hard and not comfortable.”

“Very nice property”

“Breakfast was good, bed and pillows were amazing. Close to restaurants and shopping.”

“Beautiful landscaping, very friendly staff, and a great location for visiting the Sight & Sound Theatre. Perfect for a weekend or one-night stay. The only downside was that the walls seemed a bit thin, and we could hear noise/conversations from neighboring rooms early in the morning. Overall, a pleasant stay!”

“We were very pleased. Our room and the hotel were very clean. The breakfast had hot foods- sausage, bacon, omelets as well as cold cereal, yogurt, pancakes and cinnamon buns. Also, fresh coffee was available from a machine in the lobby.”

“Excellent Property”

“Staff was courteous and professional. Parking was very convenient, very clean room with exceptional bathroom. I would book another stay here without a problem.”

“Many Hotels falsely advertise their property, this property was very clean, very well managed, the staff all were polite, professional, and extremely helpful. Free breakfast was very good food, and a very comfortable atmosphere, our first time staying with Avid, glad we tried it, will most definitely stay at their locations.”

“Enjoyed our repoire with Joy. She’s a wonderful ambassador for this lovely old hotel. It had lots of character. I even enjoyed reading a bit of the town’s history in the reading room of the side of the hotel where the beverages were. What fun we had in Bird-in-Hand!”

“Very clean rooms and friendly service. Loved the complimentary farmland tour and closeness to Kitchen Kettle Village. AC was loud and walls were thin but not a big problem. ”
