"Our room was not very clean and had stoppage in the sink. Told the reception numerous times until we had to beg them to get it fixed. Food is horrible so the all inclusive is just waste of money. Only good I would say would be the accessibility to the beach, because it is close to the so called hotel. "

"Hotel was as expected. I ordered a taxi in the reception. I got a price before I entered the car. At the airport the price was 50% higher. Main problem was that the drive refused to give me any kind of receipt and as it was a business trip this gives me extra problems to hand in my experience report. "

"It was a pretty hotel and it was clean. The staff was absolutely NOT service oriented. Didnt care at all for your comfort. They were there to get paid, not for you to have a good stay. Had an issue that I needed their help with, they transferred me around for 2 hours to later say we cannot help you today. The breakfast buffet was terrible to say the least, my 8 year old cousin can make a better breakfast in her toy kitchen. This hotel is NOT a five star hotel, don’t get fooled by the pictures. "
