The room is great and had everything I needed (and more - I never even used the stove). It had a fridge, cutlery, microwave, toasters and other kitchen tools that I barely even touched. The TV system was also top notch with a large variety of streaming services and regular TV.

âThe staff here was incredibly friendly; I had a great experience. Loved that it was a gated facility because this area is definitely not for the faint of heart. My one complaint about the room is the floors were filthy. My brand new socks turned black on the bottoms in 5 minutes so I wore my shoes the rest of the time I was in the room.â

âSince I love livemusic this seemed like a hotel right up my ally and it was. Yes you can hear the sound from what ever concert is taking place in the venue downstairs but that did not really bother me. I loved the interior design and vibe of the place. It is in a good location with lots of sights within walking distance. I had a great time in Seattle and would definitely stay at The Crocodile again.â
âItâs a house with private rooms and private bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again, Seattle is very expensive and this location with free street parking (easy to find, even right outside the place) was a great price deal. Thank you Vince for getting in touch and making sure everything was ok. Only thing I didnât like was that the fridge in the room was too noisy. The place is very clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood walking distance to great bars and restaurants.â
âReally convenient to UW and the airport on the Link. We didn't have a car so it was a perfect location. I hope there are a few more dining options in the area soon. Looks like new developments are on their way.
