“Although we had a few issues with the VRBO site not clearly representing the homeowners wishes, overall our stay was amazing! This house was perfect for us we had seven adults and four children with plenty of room to spare. It was set up for families like ours not too fancy I didn't have to worry about the grandkids breaking anything although I did take out the insurance just in case. The grandkids loved the ability to throw the basketball in the backyard have a bonfire and just space to play....

“You will not find a more beautiful property with everything a family or group could want. The property is an oasis conventiently located in Rockford and easy to access from Chicago. The house is exactly as described only better. Expansive and well equipped kitchen. Plentiful and comfortable bedrooms and conveniently located on two floors. First flior bedrooms ideal for those who don't want to climb stairs. Multiple sitting and living areas. Lovely outdoor spaces with plenty of land to enjoy....

“We stayed over the Fourth of July weekend to celebrate my niece’s 29th birthday, and the house was absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood felt very safe, which we appreciated since we had children with us. The home featured several high-end, smart appliances, which made things convenient.However, there were some issues. “Cerro Vista is the perfect place to host a multi-generational family gathering! We celebrated our 40th anniversary and had our 3 adult children and their families (total of 13) stay with us here for a week. Our objective was to spend time together without having to go anywhere to entertain the 5 grandchildren (ages 6mo - 8). “The home is stunning and well suited for multiple couples/families. We gathered in Rockford for a funeral and had cousins and family from out of state. We had a meaningful time and the home is absolutely beautiful and well suited for gathering of people to talk and play games. And have breakfast coffee together. Many thoughtful touches enhanced our stay - luggage racks, hooks, plentiful linens, pod espresso maker, full length mirrors and comfortable furniture in the living room. “We LOVED staying at this property while we were in town to see grandkids play soccer. Quiet neighborhood - felt safe and enjoyed hearing the birds in woods nearby. House is decorated with modern and costal themes - so cute. Couch is so comfy and great for stretching out on. The bed had nice linens, extra pillows. “We had a wonderful weekend with our kids and my sister’s family and my dad. The kids loved the pool which was clean and well stocked with pool floaties. The teens and even the adults loved the arcade room and that kept them busy for hours. The kitchen was well-stocked with all that we needed to make meals for our group for the weekend.
