“We had a nice stay here! As we were checking in a lot of people came afterwards and a second customer service rep would have been ideal. The bartender, Manoj, was great! Wonderful customer service and made you feel welcome! Shuttle service was wonderful, very nice staff!!”

“Small rooms, could hardly find a place to open our suitcases. Only stayed one night transiting through NY so OK for us but would have been extremely irritating if we would have stayed longer. Well located in Williamsburg and nice vibes with coffee shop and restaurant in lobby”

“Second time in this hotel and we like it! Residential, not touristy area. Nice staff and lobby, good cleanliness. No restaurant but many options close by. Rooms are a not super well isolated so noise from highway is a bit of a minus.”

“Otroligt mycket oväsen och oljud! Från gatan hörde man trafiken oerhört tydligt. Isoleringen från fönstren upplevs nästan som obefintlig. Dessutom gick värmeaggregatet/AC igång imellanåt, extremt högljudt. Även ljudet från korridoren gick rakt igenom rummet, inte konstigt med tanke på en stor springa under dörren. Jag fick dock byta upp mig till ett king size rum mot innergården. Det var mycket tystare, så kunde jag sova ostört.”

“We loved that this hotel is practically across the street from Grand Central! Loved the Irish atmosphere too! We had breakfast in the little pub/restaurant which is adorable. When we couldn't figure out how to cool our room down, maintenance came very promptly and made the adjustment. Would definitely stay here again.”
