“Interaction with staff was excellent. Very friendly and extremely helpful. Room was comfortable. Areas of facility showing some wear, however, there was signage indicating upcoming improvements. ( Eg. several ceiling water leaks while raining) Beach view was great. Enjoyed outdoor bar. Didn't get time to experience spa and other amenities due to conference activities. Beautiful property!”

“The beach View was fine. The room we had was 613 it was located above the air conditioning units which were fairly loud. Couldn’t hear the ocean very well because of the air conditioning units. The room was facing North. ”

“Great staff, great suites, just the cleanliness of the carpets, rugs, hallways, and elevators is a bit worn down and outdated, but this is fine. I like that the resort didn't feel corporate and felt family-friendly. I think if they replaced the carpets, it'd do wonders for the place.”

“Picturesque view of the ocean by the pier. Everything within walking distance. Room was clean. Downfall was the snow!”
