“The lady at checkin was exceptional.”

“We love Kiawah Island and the Sanctuary! It's our little paradise in the South! Sanctuary is at its finest, the room, the staff, the view, the lobby and the grand staircases! Southern charm on point!!”

“I had high expectations for this hotel. I was really looking forward to staying here and enjoying a wonderful experience with my family, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The facilities are outdated, and the shower in my room was broken, causing water to leak onto the bathroom floor. It was unpleasant to have water all over the floor. “Only real issue was one non working elevator and one elevator wouldn’t let you go to the bottom floor. Oh and not many outlets by the bed. Overall it was good.”

“Great pool area, Indoor pool or water play not found. Long check in line”

“If there was a way to leave more stars i would.. legitimately every person on the staff valet/front desk/maintenance team/restaurant and bar workers was a legit pleasure to deal with. Ive never had a more pleasant experience at a hotel/resort. Special shout out to Lizzie who helped my wife plan a bunch of things and was a legit just a ray of sunshine every time we spoke to her..This was our honeymoon and it could not have been better 100 stars out of 5.!!!”
