“A beautiful fun place to have a family vacation. Perfect location right on Lake Cabbossee. The 2nd day we rented a pontoon boat and toured the whole lake ,lovely.We had a blast using all the water toys! Paddleboards were in constant use & I tried Kyaking for the first time .I definitely have the bug now. The kids were fishing night & day. Catching lots of fish!! Of course we spent a lot of time swimming & floating around, then jumping in the hot tub to relax, ahhhh!Dinner on the porch every...

“The house has good size rooms. The house is hot on hot days - definitely needs more ceiling fans or some AC units and/or box fans for air circulation. Screened in porch is very nice. Not our definition of lake front (would call it lake house) and the water at dock very shallow so not boat friendly other than kayaks/canoes. Lots of lily pads and water weeds. Quiet cove except when nearby camp going on but happy noises with that but louder. ”

“This home has it all! Small but tastefully decorated and immaculately clean, the space is perfect for a family of 4 or 5. Depending on the time of year or weather, the small bunkhouse on property is an adorable place for a couple extra people to sleep too. Dock, kayaks, paddle boards and all the gear made for great water fun. The lake was so peaceful. Hot tub and fire pit were a relaxing way to end the day! There is minimal storage space in the kitchen, which meant washing dishes after each meal...

“We only stayed for one night. Basically just slept and showered in the morning so I can not speak on how well stocked the kitchen is. However, there were plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels. Beautiful views, no trouble finding the location and the house was very clean. ”

“We stayed 3 night for the Ironman race in Augusta. It was perfect for a family of 4. Kids loved the lake and paddle board. We make s’mores by the water. The brewery was close and Augusta was 11 min away. The place is clean and quiet. No AC unit in the kids bedroom but they slept fine in July. ”
