“Very fine place for a vacation in Maine. Near to fine beaches. Had a little difficulty to find the place late in the evening but apart from that everything was super!!! Appreciated the picnic tables on the backside of the hotel near the heated pool.”

“The toilet did not flush ! Ihad to remove the tank lid and lift the stopper. It was late and I neede to get to sleep rather than wait for a repairman.
In the morning the room was cool and I attempted to adjust the thermostat and it was flashing a battery symbol. I reported it to the desk attendant and he apologized.
How can a room be cleaned by an employee and not notice these issues?
I was expecting better from HIlton.”
