It has the wow factor we love - complimentary valet parking, welcome cocktails, basket of treats waiting in our room, coffee & pastry delivered to our door at our preferred time each morning, turn down service, incredible staff, delicious restaurant, and perfect location. We will definitely return!”

“The hotel is pretty nice, but seems dated and geared towards older clientele. The staff were fine but seem very new and slow movers. No one was rude and everyone was fine if you spoke to them but they don't go out of their way or have any sense of urgency. The city surrounding the hotel is unfortunately experiencing high level of unhoused folks and public drug/meth use. It's very sad but be diligent if walking around especially in the Monument Square area. The food scene however is top notch!”
