“We got to the hotel at 8pm and found out upon arrival that the hotel was overbooked and our stay was canceled. The hotel never communicated this to Expedia, whom I booked through. We were in OH for a rock festival so 90% of hotels were entirely booked and the other 10% were charging 2x or 3x usual rates.
