“My friend and her husband and my partner traveled together to attend a festival nearby. The house was very accessible to the location and also quiet in a nice vacation community. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the beds were great, and there was more than enough room to have some privacy. The house was so well appointed with linens and a full kitchen which is a great layout for entertaining, and the host was very responsive. “Property is on basement level. You could hear upstairs tenant but a text to property owner helped. Parking was hit and miss but pass was provided for parking lot across busy street. Location was excellent, within walking distance to shops and restaurants in downtown Estes Park”

“I was in town to visit a friend for the holiday weekend and was very happy with this location. The kitchen had everything I needed, the bathroom is impressively sized, and parking was extremely convenient. The bedroom is impressively large for this age of house, and the queen bed is a memory foam mattress while the twin is an innerspring.
