“This property was easy to find and not far off the highway, but far enough that traffic noise was not a problem. There is a grocery and a gas station just down the road. Also a really great Malt Shop that also serves burgers. The town Visitors Center is just across the street and they had all kinds of maps and info about the area. “The home was well laid out and comfortable. Easy access to Wolf Creek! We were disappointed with the kitchen accessories (pots & pans had loose handles and were stained, plastic glasses, no garlic press), the handle on the stove is loose, refrigerator freezer door is duct taped, a kitchen light was not working and the dryer is noisy and doesn’t dry properly. “Nice place once you find it. Dangerous access off a busy state highway without road signs. Dicey every time We turned in and pure danger as we searched for the road sign that did not exist. Can be a nice place but several minor things have to be done first to make it worthy of a revisit.”

“This was our second week-long stay at the cabin and it was even better than our first stay which is saying a lot. The kitchen was sparkling clean and it is such a pretty setting right on the river. “House and hosts were great! There was plenty of room for our group of seven! We had everything we needed - right down to the box fans in the bedrooms! we went skiing at Wolf Creek and it was a short drive. If we had more time we would have used the sleds! We will for sure try to get back again! ”
