“This was a beautiful, clean condo in the most convenient spot. We loved staying here! It was super close to restaurants, shops and the beach and it even had a filtered water pitcher in the fridge, shampoo and conditioner in the shower, board games, 2 beach chairs, etc. It was perfect for our family of 6 and we can’t wait to come back!”

“I think a lot of the negative reviews are unwarranted. It was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us (plus dogs). The house is old and you need to use the window AC units, but it was fine and stayed cool all day. The prices are 1/2 that of other properties in the area. The house is a few minutes away from the beach. It is a duplex, but we never had an issue with the neighbors. The only bathroom is on the top level and up a flight of steep steps. It may not good for elderly people or people...

“View and location are great to the beach and short walk to downtown. Owners have definitely made upgrades and improvements. We enjoyed the space and amenities (beach chairs and full kitchen). Pool looked nice. Owner has detailed instructions and checks in. Check in and access are easy. ”

“I love this condo....wonderful proximity to lake, pool. Met some fun neighbors.We did have very noisy people upstairs who stomped their way through the evenings and slammed doors...out next door neighbor could hear them too. If only people would be considerate!”

“My sister and I booked this location for our annual sister-trip. We thought it was a true one bedroom, but it is more of a private bedroom studio, which was not at all an issue. Lots of parking options available and super easy check-in process. This is probably one of the most well equipped short term rentals I’ve been in for things like coffee, sugar, cleaning supplies, and toilet paper. There were even travel toiletries available. We only had one minor issue during our stay, but the owners...

“This home is located in a perfect spot- easily accessible to multiple beaches, easy walk into town, close to the Kal-Haven Trail and also the marina for boat rentals. Kitchen was well appointed with all of the things needed for meals and food storage. There were beach chairs, toys, a sun umbrella and a wagon available. Jaqua was easy to communicate with and provided great service! ”
