Located in the heart of Downtown, just a few minute walk to South Beach.

  • Snuggled in the heart of the downtown above a store front sits this totally revamped 2 bedroom1 bath condo.
    Exposed brick from the late 1800’s, high ceilings and all the comforts you’ll need to enjoy South Haven. Just steps from great shopping, restaurants and beaches, this is the perfect spot to call home base.
    There is a full kitchen, a cozy gathering area and Swanky bar nook.
    This is The Nests 2 nd season as a rental, so we allowing a minimum of 3 night stays, but we know you’ll want to stay longer with all there is to do in and around South Haven.
    A great spot for remote workers or beach goers, you’ll love being right in the center of town.
    19 steps to upstairs condo, no elevator. New in June 2026- reserved parking for Nest Renters across street from Condo in private lot. Also Free city parking behind building.
    There is a business under the condo that is open 10-6 each day. We expect respectful noise levels during those hours.
    Very close to beach, shopping, winery's , brewery’s, blueberries farms and restaurants.
    Your gonna love it here!! 🙂☀️🫐

Staying downtown was fun. The Nest is beautiful and nicely appointed just as pictured but better. Renee was very gracious. Beds were very comfortable and shower was great. Nothing but positive things to say about our experience.

What a great place! Perfect location and beautiful decor! The cleanliness was amazing and the owner added thoughtful touches to welcome us: wrapped sugar cookies on the counter as we entered, a welcome bottle of Reisling chilled in the refrigerator and variety of soaps from a local retailer in the bathroom. Hooks galore too (we have rented multiple places throughout the country and never have enough hooks:) We loved being able to take the easy walk downtown and to the pier from the apartment. Will definitely stay here again when we make our trips to SoHa!

Exactly as advertised. Great location near town with parking (we only used the car to go to a concert in Paw Paw!). Both bedrooms were comfortable and the main room (living/dining/kitchen) was light and bright, perfect “nest” to relax after walking the beach. Easy in/out rules and welcoming hosts, we will be back!

We absolutely loved this rental—such a fabulous location right in the heart of everything. It made walking to shops, restaurants, and everything in town incredibly easy. The place was spotless, very comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Great no stress getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was very cozy and had everything we needed. Nice to be so close to town with a short ride to the beach. Thanks for the welcome treats, they were a nice touch when we arrived.

Loved the location... 1 block from all the action! Super close to the beach & pier. We were thoroughly satisfied with The Nest... decorations were spectacular and the kitchen had everything we needed!

The Nest was a great place to stay! Because of its location, we were able to walk everywhere in downtown South Haven. The apartment is clean, updated, very nicely decorated, and has everything you will need for your stay.

I loved staying at the Nest. It was so clean and cozy. I loved the location. Easy to walk everywhere. Parking was no problem and Renae was very responsive when we had questions. I will definitely stay there again.

Great location. cozy place

We enjoyed our time in South Haven. Property is located right in the heart of downtown South Haven. We were able to walk everywhere, did not need out car at all the entire visit. We would definitely stay here again.

Girls Weekeend

This place was great!!!!! It was absolutely beautiful, and great location in the downtown area. The location was awesome for dinner and shopping, we could just walk everywhere. We had a great time, and would highly recommend this place to stay!!!!
