“The condo was clean and well appointed. It was an end unit of 4 attached condos. The walls were paper thin in the unit and to the one adjoining unit. First night I was awoken to loud music at 2:30 am, second night was fine, third night was group partying on the front stoop and 4th night a group of 10 people parked in front of our unit and tried our door first before going to another unit a couple down from us. This was at 11:30pm, quite frightening. I even called 911. Our contract called...

“Loved the location! Quiet, serene. Plenty of space in the house”

“Thank you very much for the hospitality! We really enjoyed our vacation, staying in your stunningly beautiful house. It's simply a piece of art, cozy and welcoming in every corner. Sincerely,The Bernikov Family”

“Great place and A communication in extenuating circumstances”

“Spacious, clean house on the lake with a large table to play board games, and a great view of the lake. Couldn't have asked for a better place for our family get together. The instructions were clear. Thank you (to the host, who was communicative).”

“This house is a 10/10. The location, setting, house itself, and staff were incredible. We will absolutely be back!!! Could not recommend more!”

“What was Dissapointing: The pictures misrepresented the home. Paint is chipping on all four sides of the home so be careful of kids and fur babies eating paint chips off the ground. 2. Second floor bedroom has a brick trip hazard with the fireplace awkwardly in the doorway. 3. Other second floor bedroom had a broken bed. 4. Large black ants in the kitchen and beetles were everywhere in corners and even the shower. 5. No one had raked leaves, organized campfire ring of stones or put yard in...

“Erin was very good at communication giving us all the information. The views of the lake were amazing and it’s the best sunset I’ve ever seen.”

“We stayed twice in one month, and the owner made a couple purchases that we requested. Thank you for the washcloths and extra coffee mugs! ”

“Amazing vacation in large part bc of this VRBO. Stephanie, owner, was amazing: quick responses to queries; clean house stocked with necessities. Great information packet provided prior to check in. Incredible facility. The view is spectacular from everywhere in the house. Access to the (private) beach below was simple; balconies (2) were great. The family (adult children 8yo & 11yo grandkids) spent so much time on the well-stocked beach (chairs, paddle boards, etc) that they really didn't want...

“We had a great time getting together with old friends. The view is gorgeous and the house was perfect. Go Cats Go!”

“Such a great place. Reminded me of my family house in Maine. Easy check in and excellent communication. The location was perfect too and we were able to get around town easily. My family would definitely stay here again! Book this house! Also they have everything stocked with very comfortable beds.”

“Great location near Church Street. Liked that the home was set back from the Main Street. Very quiet and private. The bed was VERY comfortable and the main bedroom was spacious. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen seemed well equipped. Appreciated the coffee maker and coffee. Property matched description.”

“This house is so beautiful and the backyard was great for the dogs!”

“Positives: House is in a great location. Close to the lake front area and Church St area. The host had filled the fridge with bottled water and there were many snacks in the kitchen. Even a bottle of welcome wine. Bathroom had a good shower and there were plenty of towels and wash rags. Also extra bathroom stuff like toothbrushes & toothpaste. We accidentally tripped a breaker and the host fixed it promptly. There is a covered outdoor area with tables and chairs that is great to have for morning...

“Nice home, great location, loved our stay !”

“Overall the stay was really good! Short drive into Burlington. Nice to be able to have a fenced in yard for our dog. The place was clean and inviting and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The traffic was a little noisy but it is on a main road so that's to be expected. A few other minor things but the host was very communicative and welcoming to the feedback!”
