“Very nice property with great amenities. To note, however, one kitchen stool is missing two leg caps which made the chair unusable as it was wobbly. Also the chairs needed the screws to be tightened on them.Also it would have been good if we got the pictures for how to check in a day before with a note advising that the check-in codes would be sent at the time of check-in.”

“The unit is fine. Centrally located. Street parking costs extra, but isn't charged from 11p-7a, so if you pay for parking after 11p via the app, the paid parking time doesn't start until 7am. That was a bonus. They say they are pet-friendly, but be aware that there may be extra fees charged by the property after you book and pay, separate from VRBO.”

“Location is fantastic. Condo was decent for the price. Be aware though that the described futon is not in fact a futon but rather a wide sofa that is rather short. My daughter that is 5'5" barely fit on it. So just know that going in. The parking situation leaves you walking a block or so to and from the condo for $32 a day. An added expense that you need to consider when pricing a condo in the area. Overall, was pretty happy with the unit, but may have considered other options had I known in...

“The kitchen had plenty of space for cooking and food prep. We could have used a better skillet, but we made do with what was available. The home was cute and cozy, with great coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The host and locals in the area were kind and helpful. We also loved the option of the wine available for purchase in the house. We would definitely stay here next time we attend Grand Nationals if possible.”
